At Isla Blu, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags and hygienic liner intact
- Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Items marked final sale, discounted clearance items, gift cards, and any items otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be submitted for review and approved by our team before being sent back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us at islablukini@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Method
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be sent electronically once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future Isla Blu purchase
- Is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
